Product Description

This chicken separates the men from the boys. Stuffed with well seasoned bubble and squeak (Potatoes & Savoy Cabbage even with those little burnt bits of mashed potato from the frying pan) and a man sized portion of black pudding. You either love it or hate it!

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C, season the bird with salt and pepper place on an oven tray and pop it in for 45min per kilo (20 min/lb) plus 20 minutes over. Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Always make sure chicken is piping hot, use a meat thermometer where possible and check for a temperature of 74°C.

All chickens are suitable for freezing and cooking from frozen.
