Product Description

Why not try an inside out Balti for something a little different. Made using onions, tomatoes & basmati rice all combined using authentic indian spices of Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Garlic, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamon and fresh green finger chillies to give a little heat and a lot of flavour. Lovely served as an East meets West dish of roast potatoes or chips and a favourite warmed curry sauce of your selection.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C, season the bird with salt and pepper place on an oven tray and pop it in for 45min per kilo (20 min/lb) plus 20 minutes over. Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Always make sure chicken is piping hot, use a meat thermometer where possible and check for a temperature of 74°C.

All chickens are suitable for freezing and cooking from frozen.
