Product Description

This flavour is for those of you that love your meat! Full to the brim with Black Pudding, Sausage-meat and crispy bacon, all wrapped inside one of our Floppy Chickens. We guarantee this one will satisfy your hunger!

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170°C, season the bird with salt and pepper place on an oven tray and pop it in for 45min per kilo (20 min/lb) plus 20 minutes over. Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Always make sure chicken is piping hot, use a meat thermometer where possible and check for a temperature of 74°C.

All chickens are suitable for freezing and cooking from frozen.
