Product Description

Feeling exotic? Why not sit down to dinner and enjoy our sumptuously summery chicken. Stuffed with mixed peppers, red onion, garlic, tomatoes and delicious parma ham so you can get a taste of sunshine even if the weathers not great.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C, season the bird with salt and pepper place on an oven tray and pop it in for 45min per kilo (20 min/lb) plus 20 minutes over. Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Always make sure chicken is piping hot, use a meat thermometer where possible and check for a temperature of 74°C.

All chickens are suitable for freezing and cooking from frozen.
