Product Description

Made using famous lincolnshire sausage mix, fresh sage, onion and breadcrumb this is as traditional as they come. Delicious flavour every mouthful, slice after slice. Order big as there won’t be any left overs. Perfect for the Sunday roast and if you happen not to eat it all on Sunday then the cold slices are perfect in Dad’s sandwiches the next day. One of our most popular fillings.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160°C, season the bird with salt and pepper place on an oven tray and pop it in for 45min per kilo (20 min/lb) plus 20 minutes over. Remove from oven and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Always make sure chicken is piping hot, use a meat thermometer where possible and check for a temperature of 74°C.

All chickens are suitable for freezing and cooking from frozen.
